Simone Broadfield


Simone Broadfield joined BNP Paribas Securities Services Hong Kong in November 2017 as Head of Agency Securities Lending for the Asia-Pacific region with a focus upon developing and expanding the franchise. Prior to joining BNP Paribas Simone worked for Citi Hong Kong where she held the positions of HK Trading Desk Head for Agency Securities Lending and prior to that, Securities Lending Trader within Citi Prime. Simone started her career in London within equities operations 16 years ago and has since held a number of Agency Securities Lending and Prime Securities Lending Trading roles for Credit Suisse, JPM and Deutsche Bank in London and Sydney. Simone is passionate about Diversity and Inclusion having previously held the role of Co-Chair of a D&I Network for 18 months as well as actively driving, and supporting, a number of professional development initiatives. She is a member of the BNP Paribas Securities Services Hong Kong CSR Council.
